Shipping
To minimize shipping costs, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 – 5 business days. We’ll email you tracking as soon as it’s available.
On average, delivery times vary from 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location.
During COVID-19 we’re seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we’d advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date.
Our shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order and your location. To see the exact shipping cost, add the product to your shopping cart and start ordering. When you enter your country, you will see the exact shipping cost

Return and Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If you want to return or exchange an item, first of all contact us by email info@ku-cy.com.
When returning or exchanging an item, you must pay for the shipping yourself. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your returned item has been received and confirmed, the refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time of the exchanged item may vary.
